Iain Murray, the Regatta Director, has come out before to set up the race courses, continue to learn more about the venue and the weather, and conduct racing that gives the teams an opportunity to line up against each other.

L'Oriental Eastern Fusion Cuisine in Bermuda.

Teppanyaki Restaurant Bermuda | L’Oriental

Residing above Little Venice Restaurant on Bermudiana Road and across the street from the XL Headquarters is “L’Oriental Teppanyaki, Oyster & Sushi Restaurant”.  L’Oriental features fine Eastern Fusion Cuisine in an extremely relaxing atmosphere.  Great service and “the best show in Bermuda” from the chefs at the Teppanyaki table!

Great sushi and oysters, miso soup, aromatic crispy duck, edamame and tempura.  Featured on the menu is a great mix of Eastern tastes from soups and noodles to the long list of main courses.

I recommend sitting at the Teppanyaki table and watching your meal be prepared.

Teppanyaki chef, Pia, at L'Oriental Fusion Restaurant in Bermuda.

My favourite is a Teppanyaki “Surf and Turf” with Salmon and Filet Mignon, prepared right there in front of me.  Combined with a sushi roll to start (try the Kuma Kuma), a cold Asahi beer, the included Rice (white or fried) and the fresh vegetables; it is quite a job to get through the entire meal!

The chef behind the table is always 100% professional and puts on a great show to delight the diners.

Also, the service is exquisite and you will never want for a single thing throughout your experience.

When you find yourself hankering for the tastiest Eastern Fusion Cuisine in Bermuda, remember L’Oriental.
