Chef Livio Ferigo has devised a large and varied menu for the lucky guests of this roadside restaurant which sees thousands of tourists passing every day. The great service begins at the door and continues through the entire experience.
It is pretty cool sitting there having lunch or dinner with those huge cruise ships hanging out in the background.
As an appetizer, I can personally recommend the nachos, ‘Wayne Davis’ style (with the meat sauce on the side). Watch out for the jalapeno peppers, though. They are fresh and spicy!
The CAB (Certified Angus Beef) Burger is a big time favourite with any topping you like. As is the the Sharma Chuck Wagon Sub; of Smoked Brisket, Bacon, Cheese and BBQ sauce. Both are served with their crunchy, big-cut steak fries. Yummy!
Bonefish Bar & Grill features a long list of delicious appetizers, to soups, to salads, wraps, sandwiches, pasta selections and main courses. You can tell that everything is done with pride from the waitstaff to the bartenders to the quality and variety of the dishes coming from the kitchen. Be sure to try one of the most popular main dishes – Bermuda Rockfish with almonds, bananas and Bermuda’s own Gosling Black Seal Rum.
Don’t forget to order one of their signature cocktails at the bar. A close personal friend of mine invented The “Adam-bomb”! Try one. But, only one!

When you arrive in dockyard on your cruise ship, or… when you arrive in dockyard in your car. Get off the ship and stop at the first bar, or… drive your car around the the back side of the victualing yard, past Dolphin Quest, and then park at the parking lot. Walk to the next bar. You will find Bonefish Bar & Grill, easily.
